For 2019 and 2020 seasons MP Hotels has made a global agreement with Brandtrack. But there are highly important steps to take in consideration for playing any kind of rights managed music in our hotels.
Important information to have into consideration
Each property must sign a contract with BrandTrack.
BrandTrack shall invoice the properties directly.
Number of music locations within the property shall be defined by local management and a list of locations shall be shared with Global Purchasing Lead.
Price: € 6.75 + VAT monthly/music location
Music Device to be purchased directly: Recommended Tablet: 59 euros
Contract term: 2 years
Legal
All countries do have different regulations when it comes to artist royalty/collection fees for using their immaterial right protected music. In some countries, you pay a fee per location and you can play any kind of live or playback music. Please make sure You are safe in your country.
Music Per Location
During March 2019 Global Purchasing team will start the implementation of the music system in all locations.
The idea is to first identify different locations where the hotel in question already has
a) Functioning Music System
b) WiFi Access
The goal is to cover public areas such as lobby, bars, SPA's with standard high quality selection of music to enhance the customer experience.
